• Provision of Nutritional Assessment, Education, and Counselling for OVC:  Malnourished Children are Identified and Supported with Emergency Fund for Nutrition
• Food Demonstration in communities to educate and sensitize caregivers on ways and how to prepare nutritious meals for their household at minimal amount and also to discuss other parenting skills
• Operation Triple Zero which is Zero missed appointment, zero missed drugs and zero viral load
• GBV and Gender Norms Intervention Cohort Sessions in communities to mitigate the spread of all the forms of gender base violence happening at the grass root levels
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene education and demonstration sessions carried out in communities
• Education performance and progress assessment for enrolled children both at home and Schools and children supported to do their homework to  facilitate and scale up school enrolment, retention and completion rates among vulnerable children
• Review meetings to ensure quality service provisions for OVC and their caregivers and to identify success stories and bottle neck in OVC programming in Kwara State.
